Paper required...13 sheets of A4 or Letter

When in page setup, set the page to Landscape and the margins to Zero. However the right margin might need to be set at 10mm to put the sheet reference in the middle when the page is folded in half.

In Explorer if in page setup you see coding in the section for "headers and footers" and you don't want this information spoiling your book then write down the setting that you have and then clear this section. Don't forget to replace this coding when you have finished printing the story.
Print a test page. We suggest    side 2a

The sheet reference (2a)should be on the crease. If not you might have to adjust the margins in page setup.

You can print the booklet two ways.

1. Each sheet is printed firstly on side a. When this has been done flip the sheet "end for end" and put back into printer. Now print the b side for that sheet.
OR
2. Print the 13 sheets all on side a. Flip the 13 sheets "end for end" and put back in printer. Now print the 13 sheets on side b.

Note Side 1a is the cover and can be printed in colour.

To get back to this page to select the next sheet side, you MUST use the the BACK BUTTON. Repeat this process for the 13 sheets

Fold each sheet in half.  Place the sheets in order ( 1a to 13a ) and staple or sew them together. Make a photocopy for a friend.
